need help with my headset

im haveing a problem with my setup. i had this problem b4 with my last box, i have a usb head set and after like 10-15 min of anything the sound and mic cuts out, there was a file i downloaded on the other computer and cant seem to be able to find it again. i have 2 headsets and it does the same thing with both of them
