I'm ussally for stuff like a national ID and information database, but this is a little extreme. Why does a pizza place have access to medical and credit card purchases? That would be scary. But, it makes sense for the pizza companies to charge extra for traveling through a dangerous area. And the insurance company should be able to see what kinds of food you eat. Just like car insurance companies give discounts to drivers who havent had any accidents, the medical issurance company could give discounts for healthy lifestyles.
