If you have a Linksys Router model WRT54G you can get a MUCH better firmware than Linksys povides. Http://www.Sveasoft.com You can increase the output power of the transmitter to gain better range power boost to 251 mw from 28mW. If you want the firmware contact me I have an account on there site and get the firmware free.

The firmware provides the following features

I would love to get the new firmware, i monitor 4-6 of these routers. Does it also work for the gs?

Whats up man it does support the GS series I will send you an e-mail to your hotmail account with the username and password to download the Firmware so that I don't give you the wrong firmware and Brick your routers.
